AHA BHA Serum Price in Bangladesh
A chemical exfoliator loosens the bonds that hold dead skin cells together, so they shed without scrubbing. AHAs work on the surface, BHA works inside the pore, and the strength on the bottle decides whether it is an everyday product or an occasional peel.
Chemical Exfoliators (AHA, BHA, Enzyme) sits under Exfoliators.
AHA, BHA, PHA and Enzymes
| Type | Examples | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| AHA | Glycolic, lactic, mandelic acid | Dull, rough or uneven surface; normal to dry skin |
| BHA | Salicylic acid | Oily skin, blackheads, clogged pores |
| PHA | Gluconolactone | Sensitive skin; the gentlest acid |
| Enzyme | Papaya, pineapple, pomegranate enzymes | Mild, occasional exfoliation |
Many products combine AHA and BHA, which suits combination skin. If you prefer grains you can feel, see Physical Exfoliators (Scrubs).
Everyday Exfoliant or At-Home Peel
Low-strength toners and liquids are made for regular use, a few times a week. Peeling solutions with high acid percentages are a different product: they are left on for a few minutes, once a week at most, and rinsed off exactly as directed. Very strong glycolic peels are what dermatologists use in clinic, where the skin is assessed first and the peel is neutralised on time. At home, higher is not better.
Brown Skin Scars More Easily From Over-Exfoliating
On medium and deeper skin tones, irritation from too much acid often heals as a dark patch that takes months to fade — the opposite of what most people want from a peel. Stinging that lasts, redness, peeling in sheets or a shiny, tight feel all mean the skin barrier is damaged. Stop all acids until it recovers, and use a plain moisturiser.
How to Start
- Patch test — on the jaw for two or three nights.
- Start two or three nights a week — on clean, dry skin; increase only if the skin is comfortable.
- One exfoliant at a time — not on the same night as retinol, a scrub or another acid.
- Skip broken skin — and freshly shaved, waxed or threaded areas.
- Sunscreen every morning — AHAs make skin more sensitive to sun for days afterwards.
Purging or Reacting?
BHA can bring clogged pores to the surface in the first few weeks, usually where you normally break out. That tends to settle. New spots in unusual places, itching, burning or a rash are a reaction; stop using the product. If you are pregnant, ask a doctor about salicylic acid and strong peels.
Acids for the Body and Feet
Some acid sprays and body peels are made for the back, arms, knees and feet, where skin is thicker and bumps from blocked follicles are common. Use them only where the label says, keep them off the face unless it is also listed, and never on freshly shaved or waxed skin. The same sunscreen rule applies to any exposed area you treat.
Chemical Peeling Price in Bangladesh
Indian brands and supermarket toners sit at the lower end; Korean liquids and specialist peeling solutions cost more for a small bottle.
Searches like aha bha serum, chemical exfoliator and chemical peeling price in bangladesh lead here. Start with the lowest strength a brand offers, even when the stronger bottle sits right beside it.
Before You Buy

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between AHA and BHA?
AHAs work on the skin’s surface for dullness and texture; BHA gets into pores, which suits oily, clogged skin.
How often should I use an AHA BHA serum?
Start two or three nights a week and increase only if your skin stays comfortable.
Can I use a chemical exfoliator with retinol?
Not on the same night. Alternate them, or ask a dermatologist.
Is a peeling solution safe at home?
Low-strength ones, used exactly as directed, generally are. Strong peels belong in a clinic.
Why is my skin stinging after exfoliating?
The barrier may be irritated. Stop acids for a while and use a plain moisturiser.
Do I need sunscreen with AHA?
Yes, every morning. AHAs increase sun sensitivity.
