- CBC, ESR
- PSA
- Alpha Feto Protein
- CEA
- CA 19-9
The male cancer marker panel is a comprehensive blood test package designed to evaluate specific tumor markers associated with various cancers affecting men. This panel supports physicians in assessing cancer risk, monitoring treatment response, detecting disease recurrence, and guiding further diagnostic evaluation when clinically indicated.

How our test process works!
CBC with ESR: Measures the number and characteristics of blood cells and ESR is commonly used to evaluate overall health and identify condition such as infection, anaemia, inflammation, immune disorders, and blood related diseases.
PSA: PSA is a protein produced by primarily by cells of the prostate gland. It is used to help detect, evaluate, and monitor prostate conditions.
Alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP): AFP is primarily produced by the fetal liver and yolk sac during pregnancy. AFP is used as a tumor marker and, in specific situations, as the diagnosis of liver cancer, monitor treatment response in liver cancer.
Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA): CEA is glycoprotein produced during fetal development.CEA maybe elevated in colorectal cancer, Gastric cancer.
CA 19-9: CA 19-9 is a tumor associated antigen commonly used in the management of pancreatic and biliary tract cancers. Monitor treatment response in pancreatic cancer and assess disease progression.
CBC with ESR: Abnormal results may indicate infection, inflammation, anemia, immune disorders, or blood-related conditions, but findings are non-specific and require further evaluation.
PSA: Elevated levels may suggest an increased risk of prostate cancer or benign prostate conditions such as enlargement or prostatitis; additional tests are often needed.
AFP: Increased levels may be associated with liver cancer or germ cell tumors, but can also occur in non-cancerous liver diseases.
CEA: High CEA levels may indicate cancer recurrence or progression, particularly in colorectal cancer, although smoking and several benign conditions can also cause elevation.
CA 19-9: Elevated levels may be linked to pancreatic or biliary tract cancers, but benign conditions such as pancreatitis or bile duct obstruction can produce similar results.
Sample Type: Venous blood
