Chlamydia:
- Risk Assessment: Unprotected sex with multiple partners, not using condoms, prior STD history.
Syphilis:
- Risk Assessment: High-risk behavior, multiple partners, or exposure to someone with syphilis.
HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus):

Hepatitis B and C:
