প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: PO প্রাথমিক: 6-18 মিগ্রা/দিন বিভক্ত মাত্রায়। হাসপাতালে ভর্তি রোগীদের মাঝে মাঝে উচ্চ মাত্রা দেওয়া হয়েছে। বয়স্ক রোগীদের এবং হেপাটিক দুর্বলতায় ডোজ অন্তত অর্ধেক কমানো উচিত।

বিরোধীতা

পূর্বে বিদ্যমান সিএনএস হতাশা বা কোমা, রেসপি ডিপ্রেশন, তীব্র পালমোনারি অপ্রতুলতা বা ঘুমের শ্বাসকষ্ট; গুরুতর হেপাটিক বৈকল্য; ক্রনিক সাইকোসিস, ফোবিক বা অবসেসনাল অবস্থার জন্য নির্দেশিত নয়; আত্মহত্যা বা আক্রমনাত্মক আচরণকে প্ররোচিত করতে পারে, বিষণ্নতা বা বিষণ্নতার সাথে সম্পর্কিত উদ্বেগের চিকিত্সার জন্য একা ব্যবহার করা হয় না; গ্লুকোমা
