প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ডোজ

মুখে নাক বন্ধ প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: 1 ট্যাবলেট (60 মিলিগ্রাম) প্রতি 4-6 ঘন্টা। সর্বোচ্চ: ২৪ ঘণ্টায় ৪টি ট্যাব।

শিশু ডোজ

মুখের নাক বন্ধ শিশু : 6 - 12 বছর বয়সী: 1/2 ট্যাবলেট (30 মিলিগ্রাম) দিনে 3-4 বার। 2 - 5 বছর বয়সী: 1/4 ট্যাবলেট (15 মিলিগ্রাম) প্রতিদিন 3-4 বার।

বিরোধীতা

অতি সংবেদনশীলতা, গুরুতর উচ্চ রক্তচাপ এবং করোনারি ধমনী রোগ, Mono Amine Oxidase Inhibitor (MAOI) ওষুধের একযোগে ব্যবহার।

কর্মের মোড

কণ্ঠনালীতে ব্যথা; রিবাউন্ড কনজেশন এবং রাইনোরিয়া; ভয়, উদ্বেগ, অস্থিরতা, কাঁপুনি, অনিদ্রা, বিভ্রান্তি, বিরক্তি এবং মানসিক অবস্থা; ক্ষুধা হ্রাস, বমি বমি ভাব, বমি; গ্যাংগ্রিন; সেরিব্রাল হেমোরেজ এবং পালমোনারি শোথ; রিফ্লেক্স ব্র্যাডিকার্ডিয়া, টাকাইকার্ডিয়া এবং কার্ডিয়াক অ্যারিথমিয়াস, ধড়ফড় এবং কার্ডিয়াক অ্যারেস্ট, হাইপোটেনশন এবং মাথা ঘোরা, অজ্ঞান হয়ে যাওয়া এবং ফ্লাশিং। টিস্যু নেক্রোসিস এবং sloughing; মায়োকার্ডিয়াল এবং ধমনী নেক্রোসিস।

মিথষ্ক্রিয়া

কার্ডিয়াক গ্লাইকোসাইড, কুইনিডিন বা টিসিএ দিয়ে দিলে উচ্চ রক্তচাপ এবং অ্যারিথমিয়াসের ঝুঁকি বেড়ে যায়। এরগট অ্যালকালয়েড বা অক্সিটোসিনের সাথে দেওয়া হলে ভাসোকনস্ট্রিক্টর প্রভাবের ঝুঁকি বেড়ে যায়। MAOI-এর সহ-প্রশাসক হাইপারটেনসিভ সংকটের কারণ হতে পারে। চেতনানাশক যেমন সাইক্লোপ্রোপেন, হ্যালোথেন এবং অন্যান্য হ্যালোজেনেটেড অ্যানাস্থেটিক; অ্যান্টিহাইপারটেনসিভ এজেন্ট।
