শিশু ডোজ

ইমিউনাইজেশন ডিপথেরিয়া, টিটেনাস, পেরটুসিস, হেপাটাইটিস বি ডিপ আইএম ইনজে প্রাথমিক টিকা 3 ডোজ 0.5 মিলি ডব্লিউ/জীবনের 1ম 6 মাসে কমপক্ষে 4 সপ্তাহের ব্যবধানে। বুস্টার ডোজ: জীবনের 2য় বছরের সময় পরিচালনা করুন।

বিরোধীতা

পারটুসিস ভ্যাকসিনের পরে পূর্ববর্তী এনসেফালোপ্যাথি; তীব্র মারাত্মক ফেব্রি অসুস্থতা। ভ্যাকসিনের যেকোন উপাদানের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীলতা। পূর্ববর্তী টিকা দেওয়ার পরে 7 দিনের মধ্যে শিশুর সাথে অজানা ইটিওলজির এনসেফালোপ্যাথির ইতিহাস। IV পরিচালনা করবেন না।

কর্মের মোড

6 সপ্তাহ থেকে 6 বছর বয়সী শিশুদের ডিপথেরিয়া, টিটেনাস এবং পের্টুসিসের সক্রিয় টিকা দেওয়ার জন্য ভ্যাকসিন ব্যবহার করা হয়। টিটেনাস, ডিপথেরিয়া এবং পারটুসিস (সক্রিয় অনাক্রম্যতা) এর জন্য নির্দিষ্ট অ্যান্টিবডি তৈরি করা। অন্তঃসত্ত্বাভাবে উত্পাদিত অ্যান্টিবডি উৎপাদনের উদ্দীপনার মাধ্যমে সক্রিয় অনাক্রম্যতা প্রকাশ করে

ডিটিপি ভ্যাকসিনের পূর্ববর্তী প্রতিক্রিয়া; খিঁচুনি, SIDS এর পারিবারিক ইতিহাস; রক্তপাতের ব্যাধি; ইমিউনোসপ্রেশন/ঘাটতি; গর্ভাবস্থা, স্তন্যদান। তীব্র জ্বরজনিত অসুস্থতার সাথে রোগীদের টিকা স্থগিত করুন। থ্রম্বোসাইটোপেনিয়া বা রক্তপাতজনিত ব্যাধিযুক্ত রোগীদের SC দেওয়া উচিত। সিনকোপ, অ্যাপনিয়ার ঝুঁকি। তাপমাত্রা >40°C, ক্রমাগত কান্না দীর্ঘস্থায়ী >3 ঘন্টা এবং পতন বা ধাক্কার মতো অবস্থা w/48 ঘন্টার মধ্যে; খিঁচুনি w/ অথবা w/o জ্বরের সাথে 3 দিনের মধ্যে। পারটুসিসের উচ্চ প্রকোপ। শিশুর সাথে প্রগতিশীল স্নায়বিক ব্যাধি সহ শিশুর খিঁচুনি, অনিয়ন্ত্রিত মৃগীরোগ বা প্রগতিশীল এনসেফালোপ্যাথি। অ্যাপনিয়ার সম্ভাব্য ঝুঁকি বিবেচনা করুন এবং 48-72 ঘন্টার জন্য অত্যন্ত অকাল শিশুদের (>28 সপ্তাহের গর্ভাবস্থা) বিশেষ করে শ্বাস-প্রশ্বাসের অপরিপক্কতার পূর্ববর্তী ইতিহাসে 48-72 ঘন্টার জন্য রেসপি পর্যবেক্ষণের প্রয়োজন। স্তন্যদান: সন্তান জন্মদানের বয়সের মহিলাদের জন্য নির্দেশিত নয়
