Himalaya Evecare Ingredients

This product contains natural ingredients included in the Pharmacopeia of the Indian Traditional Medicines (Ayurveda). It also contains high concentration of phytoestrogens (herbal form of estrogens), which regulates hormone levels and corrects abnormal uterine bleeding.

1. Ashoka Tree

The Ashoka Tree (Ashoka) has potent estrogenic properties, which repair the endometrium, regulate estrogen levels and help heal the inflamed endometrium during menstruation.

2. Asparagus

The Asparagus (Shatavari) restores hormonal balance in women with fluctuating hormonal levels as a result of menstruation and menopause. It is also a popular herb that enhances fertility, and regulates the menstrual cycle and relieves symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

3. Lodh Tree

The Lodh Tree (Lodhra) improves fertility by regulating ovarian hormones.

4. Malabar Nut

The Malabar Nut (Vasaka) has effective anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, which relieve pain during dysmenorrhea.

Recommended Dosage:

One tablet 2 times daily to be taken with lukewarm water, preferably. before meal. In any special cases, please consult your physician to prescribe the dosage that best suits your condition. Recommended basic treatment 8 to 10 weeks.
