বিরোধীতা

অ্যালুমিনিয়াম এবং/অথবা ম্যাগনেসিয়াম হাইড্রক্সাইড অ্যান্টাসিডের সাথে গ্রহণ করলে ডায়াসেরিনের শোষণ হ্রাস পায়। ডায়াসেরিন যদি জোলাপ, অ্যান্টিবায়োটিকের সাথে গ্রহণ করে তবে ডায়রিয়ার ঝুঁকি বাড়ায়। ফাইবার এবং ফাইটিক অ্যাসিডের সাথে সহ-প্রশাসন এড়িয়ে চলুন। ডায়াসেরিন অ্যানথ্রাকুইনোন ডেরিভেটিভের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীলতা দেখিয়েছে।

কর্মের মোড

ডায়াসেরিন একটি অ্যানথ্রাকুইনোন ডেরিভেটিভ যা অস্টিওআর্থারাইটিসে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে। এটি ইন্টারলিউকিন -1 প্রতিরোধের মাধ্যমে কাজ করে বলে মনে করা হয়। গ্লুকোসামাইন প্রোটিওগ্লাইকান উৎপাদনকে উদ্দীপিত করে এবং আর্টিকুলার কার্টিলেজ দ্বারা সালফেট গ্রহণ বাড়ায়।

সতর্কতা

যেসব রোগীদের গ্লুকোসামিন এবং/অথবা ডায়াসেরিন বা শেলফিশ (যেমন, চিংড়ি, কাঁকড়া) থেকে অ্যালার্জি আছে তাদের ক্ষেত্রে ডায়াসেরিন + গ্লুকোসামিন সালফেট ব্যবহার করার সময় সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত; যাদের ডায়াবেটিস, হাঁপানি, অ্যালকোহল নির্ভরতা বা লিভারের রোগ আছে। Diacerein + Glucosamine Sulphate গ্রহণ করার আগে সম্পূর্ণ রক্তের গণনা, লিভারের কার্যকারিতা এবং মূত্র বিশ্লেষণ নিয়মিতভাবে পর্যবেক্ষণ করা উচিত।

পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া

ডায়রিয়া, কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য, এপিগ্যাস্ট্রিক ব্যথা, হার্ট পোড়া, বমি বমি ভাব, বমি, মাথাব্যথা, ত্বকে ফুসকুড়ি, তন্দ্রা, প্রস্রাবের তীব্র হলুদ রঙ।

মিথষ্ক্রিয়া
