চিয়া সিড:
লো-ক্যালোরি কিন্ত প্রচুর পুষ্টি চিয়া সিডকে আধুনিক কালে "সুপার ফুডে" পরিণত করেছে।

৪,রোগ-প্রতিরোধ ব্যবস্থা বাড়ায়                 সেবন পদ্ধতি : Chia seed প্রতিদিন সকালে এক গ্লাস পানিতে ২০ মিনিট ভিজানোর পর লেবুর রস, আধা চামচ মধু মিশ্রড করে খাবেন। তারপর আধঘণ্টা পর নাস্তা খাবেন। অবশ্যই হাঁটাহাঁটি করবেন। ৩ মাস রেগুলার খেলে ওজন কমবে ।
 যেকোন শরবত বা স্মুদির উপর ১ চা চামচ 
ছিটিয়ে সরাসরি ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
 ফালুদা-পুডিং-কাস্টার্ড-ব্রেড-কেক-স্ন্যাক এ 
সরাসরিও ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
বাচ্চাদের জন্য সুজি-খিচুরি-পায়েস-ফিরনি প্রভৃতিতে সরাসরি ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
 শিশুদের জন্য ১/২ বা ১ চা চামচ (বয়স ভেদে) আর বড়দের জন্য ১টেবিল চামচ যথেষ্ট।
