মৌখিক কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য শিশু: 6-12 বছর: 40-120 মিলিগ্রাম/দিন; 3-6 বছর: 20-60 মিগ্রা/দিন। বিভক্ত মাত্রায় দিতে হবে।

বিরোধীতা
