Vitaphos (Vet)

Indicated for the treatment of metabolic disorders including hemoglobinuria, pica, retarded growth, infertility, reduced milk, meat & wool production, frequent bone injuries, increased susceptibility to bloat, grass tetany, rickets in young animals and osteodystrophy of later stage.

The following dosage should be given subcutaneously, intravenously, or intramuscularly.

Cattle and Horses: 10 mL Calves: 5 mL. Sheep and goat: 2.5 mL. Dogs and cats: 1 milliliter. The dose should be repeated every 2-3 days till full recovery. Alternatively, as prescribed by a Registered Veterinary Doctor.

The combination of Toldimfos Sodium and Cyanocobalamin can have a synergistic effect, where the overall therapeutic benefit is greater than the individual effects of the two components. Toldimfos Sodium provides the direct muscle-relaxant properties. Cyanocobalamin supports the underlying nutritional and metabolic requirements, which can enhance the overall musculoskeletal function.The combination of Toldimfos Sodium BP and Cyanocobalamin BP addresses multiple aspects of musculoskeletal disorders in veterinary patients. Toldimfos Sodium BP provides the direct muscle-relaxant effects, while Cyanocobalamin BP supports the underlying nutritional and metabolic requirements. The complementary mechanisms of action and synergistic effects can be particularly beneficial for managing conditions involving neuromuscular dysfunction, degenerative joint diseases, and other musculoskeletal problems in veterinary medicine.

No contraindication is known.

Animals should not be given this medication during their first week of life.

At the recommended levels, there have been no reported side effects.
