ব্যবহারবিধি:

• তেলটি ব্যবহার করার পূর্বে অবশ্যই মাথার চুল এবং মাথার ত্বক পরিষ্কার থাকতে হবে।

• ব্যবহারের পূর্বে বোতলটি ঝাঁকিয়ে মাথার তালুতে , চুলের গোঁড়ায় এবং সম্পূর্ণ চুলে আলতো করে মালিশ করতে হবে। যদি পারেন তাহলে উষ্ণ গরম করে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। এক্ষেত্রে তেলের  উপাদানগুলোর কার্যকারিতা আরও বেড়ে যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে।

• রাতে তেল টি ব্যবহার করবেন এবং সকালে শ্যাম্পু ব্যাবহার করে ভালো করে ধুয়ে ফেলবেন। যারা কন্ডিশনার ব্যবহার করেন তারা শেষে কন্ডিশনার ব্যবহার করবেন। এক্ষেত্রে খেয়াল রাখবেন কন্ডিশনার যেন মাথার তালুতে না লাগে কারন কন্ডিশনার শুধু চুলের জন্য।
