Prithi WS Powder 100gm

Composition:
Each 100 gm powder contains -
Vitamin B1 5 gm
Vitamin B2 1 gm
Vitamin B6 2 gm
Dextrose monohydrate q. s. to make 100 gm.

Pharmacology:
The members of the vitamin B group contained in Prithi® WS Powder are components of enzyme systems that
regulate various stages of carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism, each of the components playing a specific
biological role. Deficiency of B vitamin causes Polyneuritis, Curled toe paralysis, inapetance, dermatitis,
glositis, stomstitis etc.
Prithi® WS Powder, Each member of the B-complex has a unique structure and performs unique functions in
the poultry’s body. These vitamins are vital for:
• Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) helps the body to break down carbohydrates, fat and protein to produce energy
and affect enzymes that influence the muscles, nerves, and heart.
• Vitamin B2 (Riboflabin) helps the body process amino acids and fats, makes antibodies and red blood
cells and maintain good vision & feathers.
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) helps the body break down protein, and helps maintain the health of red blood
cells, the nervous system, and parts of the immune system.

Indication:
Prithi® WS Powder is specially used in the treatment of various manifestations of it’s component vitamin
deficiency such as Polyneuritis, Curled toe paralysis, inapetance or where requirement are increased
(carbohydrate-rich diet, pregnancy).

Dosage & Administration:
Poultry: 1 gm / 1 litre drinking water or, 200 gm / 100 kg feed for 3-5 days.

Contraindication & Precaution:
Prithi® WS Powder is contraindicated in birds and animals hypersensitive to any of its components.

Side effect:
It has no side effect at recommended dose.
Side effects have been reported with specific vitamins & minerals with higher dosage.

Storage Condition:
Store in a cool & dry place, out of reach of children. Protect from light and moisture and keep away from feed.
