কার্বনাইল আয়রন: অ্যান্টাসিড কার্বনাইল আয়রনের শোষণ হ্রাস করতে পারে। ফলিক অ্যাসিড: অ্যান্টিপিলেপ্টিকস, মৌখিক গর্ভনিরোধক, টিবি-বিরোধী ওষুধ, অ্যালকোহল, অ্যামিনোপ্টেরিন, মেথোট্রেক্সেট, পাইরিমেথামিন, ট্রাইমেথোপ্রিম এবং সালফোনামাইডের ফলে সিরাম ফোলেটের সংকোচন হ্রাস পেতে পারে। সিরাম ফেনাইটোইনের ঘনত্ব হ্রাস করে।
