ওরাল অ্যাসিম্পটোমেটিক ব্যাকটেরিয়া, দীর্ঘস্থায়ী, জটিল নিম্ন মূত্রনালীর সংক্রমণের চিকিত্সা এবং প্রতিরোধ। শিশু: <6 বছর মেথেনামাইন ম্যান্ডেলেট হিসাবে: 18 মিগ্রা/কেজি প্রতিদিন 4 বার; 6-12 বছর মিথেনামাইন হিপপুরেট হিসাবে: 500-1,000 মিলিগ্রাম বিড; মেথেনামাইন ম্যান্ডেলেট হিসাবে: প্রতিদিন 500 মিলিগ্রাম 4 বার; >12 বছর: মেথেনামাইন হিপপুরেট হিসাবে: 1,000 মিলিগ্রাম বিড। ক্যাথেটারাইজড রোগীর ক্ষেত্রে: 1,000 মিলিগ্রাম টিড। মেথেনামাইন ম্যান্ডেলেট হিসাবে: প্রতিদিন 1,000 মিলিগ্রাম 4 বার।

রেনাল বৈকল্য: নিরোধক।

বিরোধীতা

অতি সংবেদনশীলতা। গাউট, বিপাকীয় অ্যাসিডোসিস, গুরুতর ডিহাইড্রেশন। রেনাল এবং গুরুতর হেপাটিক বৈকল্য। সালফোনামাইড বা ক্ষারীয় এজেন্ট সহ সহযোগে ব্যবহার করুন।

কর্মের মোড
