How to Use:

1. STERILIZE:
   Disinfect the cup before every use by washing it and boiling it in water for 3–5 minutes (or use the Sirona Cup Sterilizer).

2. FOLD & HOLD:
   With clean hands, fold the cup twice and hold it firmly between your thumb and forefinger.

3. INSERT:
   Relax your body. Hold the cup at an angle (not straight up) and gently insert the curved edge into your vaginal opening.

4. REMOVE:
   Wash your hands, pinch the base of the cup to release the vacuum, and gently pull it out by the stem.

5. CLEAN & STORE:
   Empty the menstrual fluid into the toilet, wash the cup with Sirona Menstrual Cup Wash, and store it clean and dry for your next cycle.
