How to Use

Sterilize:
Disinfect the cup before every use by washing it and boiling it in water for 3–5 minutes (or use a cup sterilizer).

Fold and Hold:
With clean hands, fold the cup twice and hold it firmly between your thumb and forefinger.

Insert:
Relax your body. Hold the cup at an angle (not straight up) and gently insert the curved edge into the vaginal opening.

Remove:
Wash your hands, pinch the base of the cup to release the vacuum, and gently pull it out by the stem.

Clean and Store:
Empty the menstrual fluid into the toilet, wash the cup with a suitable menstrual cup wash, and store it clean and dry for your next cycle.
