Indications

For temporary relief of discomfort due to minor eye irritations or exposure to wind or dust.

Active Ingredients

DUASORB™ water soluble polymeric system containing:

• Dextran 70 0.1%

• Hypromellose 2910 0.3%

Directions

• Ensure the container is intact before use

• To open: Twist off the tab completely (do not pull off). Keep for reclosing

• Instill 1–2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed

• To close: Press tab down over the tip and twist (note: reclosed vial may leak under pressure)

• Discard the container 12 hours after opening

Warnings

• Stop use and consult a doctor if you have eye pain, vision changes, continued redness/irritation, or if symptoms worsen or last more than 72 hours

• Do not use if solution becomes cloudy or changes color

• To avoid contamination, do not touch the container tip to any surface

• Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately

• Tamper evident: do not use if vial/carton is open or damaged

Store at room temperature below 25°C. Do not freeze.
