How to Insert & Clean Your Dahab Contact Lenses

1. Wash Hands: Always wash hands thoroughly with mild soap and dry with a lint-free towel before handling lenses.

2. Inspect Lens: Place the lens on the tip of your index finger and verify that it is clean, intact, and correctly oriented (forming a smooth bowl shape).

3. Insert: Hold your upper eyelid open with your opposite hand, gently pull down your lower eyelid with your middle finger, look straight ahead, and place the lens on the center of your eye.

4. Settle: Slowly release your eyelids and blink several times to allow the lens to center smoothly.

5. After Use: Gently remove lenses and clean them thoroughly using a multi-purpose contact lens disinfecting solution. Store in a clean lens case filled with fresh solution.
