How to Use

1. Sit comfortably with your back supported and both feet flat on the floor.
2. Rest your arm on a table with the upper arm at approximately heart level.
3. Place the cuff securely around the bare upper arm according to the cuff instructions.
4. Keep your legs uncrossed and remain still and quiet during measurement.
5. Press the Start/Stop button to begin.
6. Wait while the monitor automatically inflates the cuff and takes the measurement.
7. Read the displayed systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate.
8. Use Bluetooth connectivity to transfer readings to the Omron Connect app where supported.
