Usage Direction

• Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Relax quietly for a few minutes before measuring.

• Wrap the cuff around the upper arm, about 1–2 cm above the elbow. Ensure it is snug but not excessively tight.

• Press the Power/Start button. The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff and begin measurement.

• Remain still and quiet without talking or moving while the measurement is being taken.

• Once completed, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will appear on the LCD screen.

• Use the memory function to review stored readings and track measurements over time.

• For more consistent monitoring, take measurements at similar times each day and follow your healthcare professional's advice.
