Coxitril-Vet® liquid
Toltrazuril INN 2.5%
Composition:
Each ml Coxitril-Vet® liquid contains Toltrazuril INN 25 mg.
Indication:
Treatment & prevention of coccidiosis in poultry due to E. tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina, E.
maxima, E. brunette & E. mitis.
Dosage & Administration:
Treatment:
7 mg Toltrazuril/ kg body weight per day for 2 consecutive days or 28 ml Coxitril-Vet®
Liquid/100 kg flocks for 2 consecutive days; 24 hours continuously or 8 hours each days in
drinking water. For severe infections, the treatment may be repeated 5 days later.
Prevention:
7 mg Toltrazuril /kg body weight for 2 consecutive days within 10-18 days per month up to 4
months of age as a strategic administration program.
Or, as per direction of registered veterinarian/consultant.
Side effects:
In high dose egg production drop, growth retardation & polyneuritis may occur.
Drug Interaction:
Coxitril-Vet® liquid is compatible with other poultry feed additives & no hazardous reactions
were reported.
Contraindication:
Should not be administered in flocks with impaired hepatic and renal function. Should not be
used in animals hypersensitive to active ingredient.

Store in a cool & dry place. Protect from sunlight & moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
