Ingredients
Chilli, Turmeric, Coriander, Salt, Cardamom, Ginger, Garlic, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf and Clove.

Cooking Direction
Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces and wash thoroughly. Heat oil in a cooking pot and fry chopped onions until lightly brown. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, Pran Chicken Masala and half a cup of water. Cook the spices over medium heat until well sautéed and the oil rises to the surface.

Add the chicken and cook over high heat until the meat turns brown. Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil and cover the pot. Continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked. Once the gravy becomes thick, remove from heat and serve hot.
