Ingredients
Turmeric, Chilli, Coriander, Salt, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Garlic, Fennel, Cumin, Clove and Mace.

Cooking Direction
Cut the beef or mutton into medium-sized pieces and wash thoroughly. Heat oil in a pot and fry chopped onions until lightly brown. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, Pran Meat Masala and half a cup of water. Cook over medium heat until the spices are well sautéed and the oil rises to the surface.

Add the meat and cook over medium heat until it is well sautéed with the spices. Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil and cover the pot. Continue cooking until the meat becomes tender. Once the gravy thickens, remove from heat and serve hot.
