Ingredients
Sugar, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Chilli, Coriander, Black Pepper, Cumin, Salt, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Clove, Bay Leaf and Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide).

Cooking Direction
First, fry the chicken pieces in hot oil until they turn brown, then remove and set aside. In the remaining oil, fry chopped onions and reserve some fried onions for garnishing.

Add sour yoghurt, Pran Roast Masala, the fried chicken and ½ cup of water (approximately 250ml cup measurement) to the fried onions. Stir well and cook for some time until the spices are properly sautéed. Add an appropriate amount of water and cook over medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked and the gravy becomes thick.

Remove from heat, garnish with the reserved fried onions and serve hot.
